Important Information

• All orders ship within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays after credit card verification. Most orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) will ship on the same day. We stock what we sell therefore all orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. If payment is made through paypal orders are processed immediately during business hours.

• All orders are shipped with USPS. Upon shipping you will be emailed your order update notification with your tracking number.

• We guarantee we will ship all orders in a timely fashion. All orders ship within 24 hours excluding holidays and weekends. However we do not guarantee delivery times. Once a package is passed on to USPS it is in their hands and out of our control. If a package has been deemed lost by USPS then a full refund will be given. We will not be held liable for packages delivered past the estimated delivery date. We encourage you order in a timely fashion to avoid delays that may be caused by shipping.

Wrong Addresses

• If wrong addresses are given and packages are returned you will be given two options.

• Option 1: Refund for the cost of your products less any charges that may have occurred

• Option 2: We will ship it to the correct address when payment is received for additional shipping cost and any charges that may have occurred.

Track your order

*To check the status of an order, you may log on to www.usps.com to track your shipment using the tracking number included on your E-Mail Shipping Notification. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Priority Mail or Express). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii

Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Standard service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping to a Different Address

You may select to ship an order to an address other than that of your billing address. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. If you are using an alternate address for shipping, we recommend you register that address as an authorized alternate ship-to address with your credit card issuer to insure proper credit verification.

First-Class Mail

*Flat Rate $6.95

There are no tracking numbers with first-class mail. You only get tracking numbers if your package is sent as a Priority Mail.

Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All items ship from Apollo Beach,FL which is not a urban centres.

First-Class Mail

*We are no longer accepting international orders outside of USA & CANADA through our automated checkout system. If you are outside of the US or CANADA and would like to place an order you MUST phone it in or CONTACT US through email.

Once we have received your order we will give you a shipping quote, when you have agreed to the shipping terms we will send you a Paypal invoice.

You must be a verified member of Paypal or your payment will not be accepted and your order will be cancelled
