Our Ecommerce is provided through Yahoo and all prices in shopping cart are only displayed in USD. For orders in Canada and USA we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal
Credit Cards: All credit card transactions are manually inputted into our terminal at our retail location. All credit card transactions will process in US funds. You will be issued a copy of your credit card receipt which will show your total in US funds.The merchant displayed on your credit card statement or online banking will say "Foxxy Fashions" as your transaction.
PayPal:All Paypal transactions will be in US Dollars. If you do not have USD in your paypal account paypal will convert your CAN funds. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds will be given for the value of the product less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(Items must be unworn with no odors, smoke, perfume, etc.).
If you choose to return an item any shipping promotion you have received i.e. Free shipping will be deducted from the refund
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made but shipping charges are buyers responsibility.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless a mistake was made by us(wrong color, size, or style) This includes original shipping and return shipping.
Clearance items are non returnable, all sales are final. Absolutely no returns on earrings, necklace sets that contain earrings or body jewelry for hygienic reasons.
If you would like an estimate on the value of your return before returning simply email us your invoice number, the item numbers of the products you will be returning and we will provide you with an estimate with restocking fee of 30% and any possible deductions for shipping.
All items are inspected before being shipped to you to insure that it meets the highest standards in quality.
Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your package to process return items. Once an order is placed and processed it cannot be canceled without a restocking fee.

Shipping Policy
We guarantee we will ship all orders in a timely fashion. All orders placed after 9:00am (EST) will ship the following business day. However we do not guarantee delivery times. Once a package is passed on to United States Postal Service it is in their hands and out of our control. If a package has been deemed lost by USPS then a full refund will be given. We will not be held liable for packages delivered past the estimated delivery date, you will not receive a refund or a discount on late packages. We encourage you order in a timely fashion to avoid delays that may be caused by shipping.
